Our Response Matters
[bl]S[/bl]ome will rejoice. Some will sigh. Some will rest easier. Some will fear. Some will cry. Some will protest. Some will mourn. Some will seek revenge. Some will call upon the grace of God. Some will get to go home.
I will not judge the response of others. For I am far removed from the pain and injustice brought about by the sin of the man who no longer walks in his wicked ways. I simply want to remind those who follow Jesus that we are called to respond differently than the rest of the world. We are called to respond in a way that brings God glory, rather than men.
Consider for yourself what that response might be. Because it matters. Because our response in all things will communicate something about God. May it be truth. May it always be Truth.
